LAST NOTICE FOR SURVEYS AND DECLINED CARDS

Hello everyone! 

99% of you can ignore this update, but if you have not filled out your backerkit survey (11 people) or if you have declined cards you have not fixed (3 people) this is your LAST NOTICE to fix these issues on backer kit. 

Since it has been over 6 months from the time the first notification went out, you have until the end of the month to fix these outstanding issues. If you have not fixed these issued by then you will be locked out of backerkit and no longer able to edit your information because the project is going to be offically CLOSED. 

Once the project is closed you will not be able to access your backerkit page I will not be reaching out or trying to contact you related to your bags or orders. It will now be up to you to reach out to me at my email  if you would like to complete your payment and receive your bags. 

Again if you do not fix this issue before the end of this month, I will NOT be contacting you and it will fully be your responsibility to reach out and claim you bag by paying your balance.

Missing Bags, International issues and the end of the campaign

Hello everyone! 

This journey has had its fair share of tumbles and turns and I appreciate every one of you sticking with me while I worked my way through this. Out off all of you I never got a single nasty comment or angry email and honestly thats just so incredible, and my appreciation for your patience cant be stated enough.

There are less than a handful of orders that still need attention, a couple of international orders that have been returned to sender and a few white mini boo bag orders that have not responded to my emails, but other than that, everyone should be getting their bags very soon! 

If there are any issues with any of your packages, please email [email protected] ASAP so I can get that corrected for you. Kickstarter messages are spotty at notifying me and email is just a way better way to reach out.

Also, if you have a mini white boo bag that has NOT been sent out yet, please check your email and get back to me as soon as you can so I can send the rest of your order out. 

I think other than that, there isn't much more to be said regarding any issues and I just wanted to thank you all again for all the support, love, messages, photos, videos and comments about how much you love your bags. I never thought in a million years that I would be able to make these and that so many people would love them so much!! 

From here, the next step in the Boo Bag journey is going to be a second kickstarter for anyone that would like multiple bags, one of the three new colors or for people that might have missed out on them the first time! 

I do have some left overs, and i'll be taking those to Metrocon in Orlando this coming July, so if you're going to attend I would love if you stopped by and showed off your bag!! I'm so excited to see people out and about using them!! 


Thanks so much again for going on this journey with me,  and I hope you all love your bags as much as I loved making them.

USPS Packages have been sent!

Hello everyone! All of the USPS packages are offically on their way. I dropped them off earlier this week but wanted to keep an eye on all of the tracking information to make sure it was updating before making a big update about it. 

The only things that still need to be addressed are the few order issues that i've emailed people about and international UPS orders that have been returned to me and i'll be sending those out this weekend or early next week.

Missing Mini Boo Bags

Hello everyone, 

I regret to inform you that we offically have one full box of white mini boo bags completely missing. We received 32 boxes of bags, and box number 9 even tho it has been marked as delivered has not shown up at my house, our storage unit or my manufacturers warehouse ( which is where it would be if it was returned to sender). 

I'm in the process with filing a claim with UPS to hopefully track down or get some type of reimbursement for the 20 bags that are currently missing. 

Good news is, we over ordered bags to account for any damages so event though 20 white bags are missing, only 8 orders are being affected. I am going to be emailing those backers as soon as I have finished writing this update. 

I offically had my last day at my job yesterday, and I will be taking the remaining boo bags to their respective shipping providers by hand this coming week. I never would have realized how badly I couldn't rely on the pick up service of the shipping companies and now I know for the future, but that doesn't help the situation now.

Shipping and Packing Update

Hey Everyone! 

I have good news and bad news. The bad news- we still haven't been able to get the pick up thing sorted with USPS. 

The Good News!! I will offically be starting full time self employment coming this following Monday! This is a super exciting time for a lot of reasons, but mainly for you all, it means that now that im not working a 9-5 job I can now physically take all of the boxes to USPS myself, rather than relying on their (aparently very unreliable) pick up service. 

More Good news for international UPS orders, we have been in contact with ups an after a bit of back and forth we have figured out the issue that is causing all of the bags to be sent back to us. 

Long story short, UPS needs a physical customs order form rather than a digital one, which sounds very simple but took quite a while to get to that conclusion!!

I literally can not thank you all enough for being so patient and I'm so excited to offically be getting all of the bags out WAY FASTER now that im not unavailable 90% of the time the post office is open!
