USPS Shipping Issues

Hey everyone! Just wanted to make a quick update on an issue were having. If you have a package that is being shipped USPS, and it hasn't moved this is an issue that were trying to resolve. 

The way these are being shipped is that we're packing up 100+ boxes at a time, and then scheduling pick ups for those boxes, since we don't have cars big enough to take them all, and also work week days. 

This is going fine for UPS, and they've had no issue. 

USPS for some reason even tho I am scheduling a pickup and they're marking the boxes as "picked up" on my usps account, they are, in fact not picked up. 

We're trying to figure out a solution for this and im really sorry about the delay again. Thanks so much everyone for your patience!!

Small update and Boo Bag reorders

Hello everyone! I had 4 Boo Bag Boxes returned to me from UPS this week so if they’re yours I’ll be emailing you this weekend about it! Also we’re having an issue with getting USPS to pick up or boxes so if you have a USPS order (most of the east coast USA) please hang in there a little bit longer! Barring any other delays (I was out of commission this past weekend after my covid vaccine ) the rest of the bags should be out by the end of the month!

On a not shipping related note: I’ve had a LOT of people email me about when these are restocking so that they can buy more bags for friends/family/SOs/whatever and I’m happy to announce the next Kickstarter to restock them is in review!

It won’t be going anywhere until all of these bags are officially completed but just wanted to let y’all know about it if you were trying to get another bag that it’s on the horizon. Probably launching in June-ish

The KS is also going to have two more colors, and a wristlet/ID wallet :)

GREAT NEWS! The pins have OFFICIALLY ARRIVED. Thank you all for being so patient while I worked through that issue. There’s a small issue of one box of white mini bags is still missing, but that only affects a very small percentage of the orders (one box is only 20 bags) so for now we’re just hoping it’s located by fed ex before we actually get through the other boxes of mini white bags.

That being said!! I do work a full time job- so I can’t pack these except on the weekends, and unfortunately because of covid I can’t have my 5 closest friends just come over all at once to help out, so for the foreseeable future I’ll be working on getting these out every Saturday and Sunday with a helper until they’re all out 👌 You will be receiving an email when the labels are created, but because the boxes can’t be taken straight to the post office (they’re to big and my cars to small) we have to schedule a pick up, so your box might actually hit the mail system a bit after the “shipped” email gets sent to you with your tracking, so keep that in mind when looking at your tracking number.

I literally can’t thank you all enough for being so patient and so incredible through out all this crazy ness and delays and I hope you all see your Boogs very soon!! 💕💕💕

Bag Update and Delays

Hello everyone!!!! Great news: the bags are OFI ALLY in our hands! They were picked up this weekend by us and transported to our storage unit. The bad news- the pins were not packed in the boxes with the bags ... I contacted my manufacturer and we figured out what happened and she will be sending them out as soon as possible! That timeline looks like I will possibly be getting them next week, or early the following week.

You all have been so amazingly patient and I’m sorry to ask you to hold in there a little longer but I promise we’re going to get them out as soon as we can!

We might ship out some of the orders that don’t have pins to get our system set in preparation for shipping the other 300+ bags, but I will keep you updated on all of that 💕

All addresses HAVE BEEN LOCKED. If you need to change your address please email me IMMEDIATELY at [email protected]. If you do not update your address your box WILL return to sender and I will require you to pay additional postage to send it out again, the bags aren’t cheap to mail!!

Thanks so much again everyone for being so incredibly patient- I’m so so so excited for you all to receive these bags and see all the cute things you do with them!!

BAGS ARRIVING 

HELLO every one! Exciting news! The bags have offically hit the USA and I was notified this morning. The current delivery date is set to be Tuesday which is SO SOON... I had thought I would have gotten more notice of the dilivery date which puts me in a bit of a tight spot. 

I need to lock all of the addresses but I really want to give you all time to update any last minute changes, so I will be giving you until MONDAY 3/1 to make any address changes. After that you will not be able to change your address.

PACKING TIMELINE QUESTIONS

-When will my bag ship? 

I am going to be packing the bags as quick as possible but please keep in mind that I work a 40 hour a week job, and I only have weekends to work on the bags. On top of that, Covid has made it so I cant have a bunch of friends come over to pack bags with me, which is going to slow things down.

-What order will the bags ship? Will I get my bag sooner because I pledged early?

I can not garuntee  any type of order for which bags will be shipping first. It mostly depends on how the bags are unloaded from the UPS truck mixed with what makes the most sense for us packing wise.
